Fees for consultations will be reimbursed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Products can only be replaced if they have not been opened or used and are returned within 14 days after purchase. No exceptions.
Treatments administered in good faith by the Imagination Unlimited Clinic will not be refunded, nor will treatments be refunded if the patient has had an unfavourable response to the therapy offered.
Our clinic does not accept children or pets unless they are accompanied by a friend or family member who will oversee them.
